Vendor Registration Form

Please complete the vendor form and choose the appropriate vendor type. Payment is required upon submission. There is no reimbursement for any cancellations or no-shows. For any questions, please contact us at info@unitedhmongswmn.org.

Choose Vendor Type:

Information Table: No fee is required.
Food Vendor: Any individual or business that sells food. A one-time $200 fee and a food license are required. There is no reimbursement for any cancellations or no-shows.
Non-food Vendor: Any individual or business that sells non-food items. A one-time $50 fee is required. There is no reimbursement for any cancellation or no-show.

Booth setup will be available on Friday, Oct 16th, in the afternoon, between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Information tables may arrive at the Red Baron by 8:00 AM on Saturday, Oct 17th, to set up your table if you prefer. The event will begin at 9:00 AM with the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony.
